Hemos tenido el sistema Solar Edge instalado por Grupo DAC durante un año. Aunque la calidad de la instalación y el equipo fueron excelentes, el sistema Solar Edge en sí no cumplió con la solución fuera de la red que solicitamos específicamente. Como resultado, seguimos desprotegidos durante los cortes de energía, y ahora tendremos que reemplazar el inversor con un producto de otro fabricante para solucionar la incompatibilidad con la batería que nos vendieron. Este detalle crucial no se nos comunicó desde el principio, lo que ha generado costos adicionales significativos para llevar nuestro sistema a donde debe estar para proteger nuestro negocio de los cortes.

El equipo tenía un precio muy por encima de las tarifas del mercado, bajo el supuesto de que un reembolso gubernamental eventualmente compensaría el gasto. Desafortunadamente, esto es un problema común a nivel mundial: los instaladores a menudo inflan los precios cuando hay subvenciones gubernamentales disponibles, asumiendo que los clientes recibirán el reembolso. Nos dijeron que tomaría seis meses, pero en realidad puede tardar hasta dos años, y hemos tenido que cubrir casi 30.000 € por adelantado sin garantía de que se apruebe el subsidio.

Si bien el sistema funciona, su eficiencia es decepcionante en comparación con otras opciones del mercado. No satisface nuestras necesidades, especialmente porque operamos nuestro negocio desde casa y hemos experimentado numerosos cortes de energía, lo que nos impide trabajar. Es especialmente frustrante saber que tenemos una batería completamente cargada en el garaje que no podemos utilizar.

También es crucial investigar a fondo para encontrar el proveedor de electricidad adecuado para vender el exceso de energía una vez que la batería esté llena, ya que el mercado cambia constantemente.

En conclusión, recomiendo encarecidamente investigar a fondo antes de comprometerse con SolarEdge, que es la opción preferida de Grupo DAC. Asegúrese de ser MUY claro con su instalador sobre lo que espera del sistema.

We’ve had the Solar Edge system installed by Group DAC for a year now. While the installation quality and the team were excellent, the Solar Edge system itself did not deliver the off-grid solution we specifically requested. As a result, we remain unprotected during power outages, and now we’ll need to replace the inverter with another manufacturer’s product to address the incompatibility with the battery that was sold to us. This crucial detail was not communicated upfront, leading to significant additional costs to get our system where it needs to be to protect our business from outages.

The equipment was priced well above market rates, based on the assumption that a government refund would eventually offset the expense. Unfortunately, this is a common issue worldwide—installers often inflate prices when government grants are available, assuming customers will receive the refund. We were told it would take six months, but in reality, it can take up to two years, and we’ve had to cover nearly €30,000 upfront with no guarantee that the grant will be approved.

While the system does function, its efficiency is disappointing compared to other options on the market. It doesn’t meet our needs, especially since we run our business from home and have experienced numerous power outages, which prevent us from working. It’s particularly frustrating to know that we have a fully charged battery sitting in the garage that we can’t use.

It’s also crucial to do thorough research to find the right electricity supplier to sell any excess energy once your battery is full, as the market is constantly changing.

In conclusion, I strongly recommend doing extensive research before committing to SolarEdge, which is the preferred choice of Grupo DAC. Be sure to be VERY clear with your installer about what you expect from the system.

Avoid this company, they overcharged on the equipment, failed to meet the requested requirements. The solar edge optimizers fail regularly, the system isn't as efficient as other solutions on the market and they mismanaged the government submission after telling us we would receive 50% in the first six months of ownership from the government grant before we committed. We paid Grupo DAC to manage the process with the government and two years later we received nothing because they mismanaged the process. 30K rip off. Seriously avoid.

We ordred our photovoltaic solar sytem about 3 years ago, and have no regrets. The advice was good and the installation went smoothly. Since then we have had a few small problems, but they were all solved. They also managed the subvevcion, which was complex, and they halped us at every stage. We received the payment earlier this year. Thanks to everyone involved, and especially Daniele Alejandro and the subvencion team.
