We found Eugen of Q-tech by recommendation. Our air source heat pump was not working and we had no hot water. Firstly he was quick to reply to my message and arranged an appointment that he was on time for. All good signs to begin with. He inspected the air source throughly and spent some time draining the system and doing diagnostic check. He fixed the problem but unfortunately found the reason for the persistent fault was due to a bad installation. He has given us options to remedy this problem. He is highly qualified (speaking English was also a bonus for us) we have no reservations in recommending his services. He also repairs air conditioning units A great number to keep for when needed. Eugen doesn’t just talk about what he can do he can actually do it.
