Update: The cause of the extremely high increase in consumption has finally been verified and corrected. Baleares Renovables did not correctly 'earth' or 'ground' the installation. Electricity was flowing into the earth and was being charged as consumption... A simple grounding was done and immedfiately the problem solved. The lack of adequate grounding was dangerous. The kitchen sink was acting as a conduit to the ground and provided a shock! The worst part of this is that Baleares Renovables ignores the client and puts him in danger, and moves on to the next project. Original Post:.. Since the date of activation by Baleares Renovables of the solar energy system for my company, electricity bills have increased up to 800% (See data below) AND, due to reverse grounding, resulted in a dangerous situation: the electrification of the kitchen sink with 175 volts of electricity!!! Endesa, the energy supplier and e-Distribucion, the electricity infrastructure company and an independent energy auditor have examined the wiring, meters and the billing. SunGrow, the supplier of the inverter has examined the installation and has confirmed that the installation was faulty - Contrary to what the Baleares Renovables states in their response!!! Each specialist has confirmed independently that the installation had not been done correctly nor completely. Baleares Renovables was informed of the problems in November 2023. Additional installation faults were found. Up to today, Baleares Renovables refuses to take meet its contractural responsibility, forcing my company to take a legal course of action. (The attached graphics: 1. provided by Endesa shows the date of activation of the the Baleares Renovables system, October 10, 2023 and the change in consumption resulting from the faulty installation and 2. Statement of the Global Service Platform of Sungrow). All factual, and supported by data.

From the inspector: "Este mensaje es para que se lo envíes a tu instalador solar."
E detectado que el cable de tierra tenía corriente , oscilaba entre 56v y 175 v entre tierra y neutro.
E ido bajando térmicos para ver de dónde venía la fuga por el cable de tierra y ciandone bajado el térmico de solar del cuadro general la tensión por tierra a dejado de circular.

The increase in your consumption is the responsibility of the electricity company, as they have applied estimated readings from your meter to your electricity bill consumption. As always, we are willing to continue giving you technical support, but we cannot interfere with the meter readings of E-distribution and your electricity company.
