I would not recommend this place. Treated not only my mother rudely in the reception without an apology, then when I needed a quote urgently for insurance purposes after my mother's placed had been vandalised it was said it would be done and when I called to check up on it I too was spoken to extremely rudely by the receptionists. When I informed the owners a quick getaway text was sent, not even a phone call or apology after having known the owners for many years as this is small village. On top two years previously I had various things worked on in my apartment, the oven was installed correctly by the technicians, but the other work which I paid for was quickly broken and when I explained this, also no apology or phone call to repair what had recently been fixed.
In short, I hope the family prosper as they are kind, but I think they should perhaps rethink how they speak to and treat locals who had all the best intentions at heart.
Luckily, I found a reliable electrician in Artá shortly after, but leaving clients in the lurch is always skeptical at the best of times.

Sehr zuverlässiger, deutscher Handwerksbetrieb zu fairen Preisen in Cala Ratjada. Einbau einer neuen Satelliten Schüssel wurde in wenigen Tagen komplett erledigt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden!
